CATMotion now includes 3 'Walk Modes'. 'Walk on spot', 'Walk on Line', and 'Path node'. The new feature being of course, the new ‘Walk on Line’ function. When defining a walkcycle it helps to be able to see the character walking along taking steps correctly as it would if the character were moving forwards. CATMotion now includes controls for gradient and direction. This allows you to design a broader range of cycles for more conditions. If you need to design a walk cycle for walking backwards for example, a setting of 180 degrees in the direction value will make the character walk backwards.
