its working for me on max 2011 both 64 and 32 bit d!:/n  
thing is autograss needs vray 1.5 sp4 atleast i guess to work D$)F X(  
and most of us have installed 2010 version of vray to max 2011 eWm'eO
 
now if you install max 2011 autograss ,then it looks for vray 2011 plugin which is not there hlV(jz  
so to solve this just install autograss 2010 version to max 2011 , 3=ME$%f

在max 2011上请使用max2010版本，不要安装max2011版本，因为需要Vray for Max2011才能工作，目前还没有这个vray版本.
