its working for me on max 2011 both 64 and 32 bit @zW'!Ol  
thing is autograss needs vray 1.5 sp4 atleast i guess to work O]90F  
and most of us have installed 2010 version of vray to max 2011 bo`w(h_  
now if you install max 2011 autograss ,then it looks for vray 2011 plugin which is not there \@3i=!  
so to solve this just install autograss 2010 version to max 2011 , {eMu"<

在max 2011上请使用max2010版本，不要安装max2011版本，因为需要Vray for Max2011才能工作，目前还没有这个vray版本.
